This week we are looking at the new shade of the Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Rose Quartz
To start, I wanted to note that this highlighter is 7g of product compared to the other ones (Moonstone, Opal, etc.) that are 8g.
The pan is textured instead of flat like the others, which is probably where the difference of 1 gram comes from. It also makes it harder to grab with a brush. Using a fluffy brush will kick up more powder, so a smaller more dense brush will pick up a more even amount of product.
Beautiful pink with a warm undertone, yes that sounds weird but once you see the comparison below with other pink highlighters from my collection, you will understand.
It is absolutely gorgeous and looks amazing on the cheeks. If you are fair to light skin tones you will love this, It is just the right amount of pink with a bit of a champagne undertone. If you find Champagne Pop too dark for you, this one would be a great choice. I really like it because it looks super pink, but once you start comparing it to other pink highlighters (see below), you will see how the warmer undertone really makes it more wearable (at least for me, since I have a neutral undertone).
It is the same price as all the other Shimmering Skin Perfectors at $46 CAD.

As you can see, Rose Quarts is unlike anything else in my collection.. the closets one is the Lancôme but even that one runs more cool toned.
All in all, I love this highlighter, it is beautiful. It is a Yay for this week!
