More Hauling! – High End Part 2

Here is part 2 of the haul I started yesterday and last week if you count the drugstore parts too… man, it’s a lot of stuff. Here we go!

Kat Von D Shade Light Blush In Poe and Piaf: You all know I love Kat Von D makeup and I was excited for these blushes. At first, this blush feels hard but I will play with it more and we will see! I’ll review it for sure.

Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer in Light Neutral: A while back, I got this concealer in Fair Neutral and it is way too light, I didn’t hate it but didn’t get to really try it out properly and everyone keeps talking about how good it is. So I got Light Neutral and will be playing with this!

Clinique Just Browsing Styling Mousse: Like I mentioned in my drugstore haul, I want to see if I can find something cheaper than my holy grail benefit Gimme Brow as the price has raised … thank you canadian dollar…. sigh. This one is $16 from Clinique and I am excited to see if it lives up!

Sephora Tweezer: another little perk on sale. You can never have enough good tweezers!

Here is what I got on the shopping trip with Sheezy. I had a Sephora gift card so I was able to get a bit more than normal 🙂

Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons palette: This is what the majority of my gift card went to, it is sooooo pretty and I like the mix of colours, I think I can get some looks going with it more than the semi-sweet palette.

Sephora Favorites Give Me Some Nude Lip Kit: this kit is sold out online for a while now, but they had plenty in store. I loved the first kit, so let’s see how this one fairs out.

Clinique Lid Pop in Grape Pop and Vanilla Pop: I love the Cheek Pop blushes so I was excited to see these. I LOVE the packaging, good job Clinique. I am hoping these make some good one-look eyeshadows.

Clinique Sweet Pots Sugar Scrub & Lip Balm: Another new item from Clinique. I wanted to try a lip scrub that didn’t have ingredients that I am not allergic too. Lots of the scrubs I found had some allergens for me, so when I saw that this one didn’t I jumped on it!

benefit Gimme brow: I know I bought the other ones to avoid getting this one lol But to be able to compare them all fairly, I needed a new one, mine was too old. Plus, when getting these at the Shoppers Beauty Boutique, you get Optimum points 😀

Lise Watier Varations de Nude Blush: Sheena and I both got something from the Lise Watier Spring collection. We love to encourage canadian brands and her stuff is usually pretty good.

And now I go off and play lol. I have a lot of playing to do 🙂

Let me know if there is something you want to see more than another and I’ll try to review that first.

  1. I love the Clinique Pop blushes too and I tested the new Pop eye shadows but was disappointed by their pigmentation. I’d be interested to hear what your thoughts are on them. The lip scrub and balm duo is SUPER cute but I found the screw on design a little fiddly.
I got the UD Naked concealer recently too – can’t wait to try it.
And I got the Lise Watier eye shadow palette from that Variations de Nude collection – SO happy with it! That blush looks divine.

    1. I was concerned about the clinique lid pops but they are advertised as sheer colours so i am not expecting tons of pigmentation but we will see, I need to play with them a bit more. Lip srcub is not blowing me out of the water so far!! We will see where we go from here! hehehe
