Yay or Nay Sunday – Too Faced Love Flush Blush!

This week on Yay or Nay Sunday, we take a look at the Too Faced Love Flush blush in I Will Always Love You.

Flush all day and night with the blush of true love. The long-wear, fade-proof, smudge-proof formula keeps your cheeks perfectly flushed for up to 16 hours. Pigment-rich, high-impact shades give a pretty pop of color for any skin tone.

This blush is part of Too Faced’s Love collection, retails for $32 CAD and comes in 6 different colours:

  • Baby Love soft dusty nude w/ fine gold sparkle
  • Justify My Love bright pink w/fine gold sparkle
  • Love Hangover perfect warm pink
  • How Deep Is Your Love watermelon pink
  • Your Love Is King plumy rose

and I Will Always Love You gilded peach (pictured below)

Now I am not sure about the 16h wear, but it is long wearing. The blushes are amazingly cute, the packaging remind me of my childhood, some kind of barbie makeup or polly pocket mirror but obviously a lot better quality. It has a magnetic closure and a nice size mirror. you will see below how small it is. I was actually surprised, I thought they would be bigger, now sure why, but I did. Now they aren’t small for a blush, just smaller than I thought.

It is pigmented so I like to use a fluffy brush like the Real Techniques Blush Brush to pack in out a bit at a time. The first time I applied it, I went overboard lol. I didn’t expect it to be that pigmented. It swatches beautifully and feels very buttery. Not sure they are worth $32 each, because that is expensive and there are many great blushes out there and can be just as good. I would love, when I can save up the cash, pick some other colours. I’ll need to save money! These would look amazing on top of my vanity and not in the drawers!

I love the colour of this blush, it is a nice flush of colour that is peachy, not glittery but that a little but of a gold undertone. I don’t like glitter in my blushes and this is more of a sheen than chunks of glitter.

The blush in my palm so you can see its size.
Little sad that the emboss goes away after use! 😦
a fresh application!

I hope you enjoyed this post!
