It was that time again, Redeem your points event at Murale. Normally, 95k points gets you $170 worth of product, but with this special event, you get $200 worth. So, naturally, I had to go and redeem!
Unfortunately Sheena and Missy couldn’t come with me this time, so I dragged my hubby with me (gotta love him for doing that) and of course he found every makeup chair in the store to use as the infamous “husband chair” lol.
I like to get the things that I wouldn’t normally spend the cash on due to the price tag but with points, yup its time.
The first thing I headed for was NARS, I knew I wanted to head there and get some Audacious Lipsticks, so I got two! At $37 each, I don’t want to buy them, so this is the perfect time to get some. I purchased Natalie (a beautiful coral pink for this season) and Anna (the classic dusty rose colour).
I also got another NARS Larger Than Life Long-Wear Eyeliner in Rue Bonaparte ($29) which is a nice nude colour perfect for the waterline.
I then got the Estée Lauder Little Black Primer ($27). This is a lash primer that is black (compared to the other ones that tend to be white) or if you put it on top of mascara to make it waterproof. I will be reviewing this baby soon!
So I was going around the store to find my other thing that I would not normally spend cash on. Then I saw it, across from the big YSL display, ready for me to swatch and love, this YSL Contour Variation 10-Colour palette. It’s $80, yep, $80, when would I buy myself something of this price and high end? Never, so this is great time to get myself a treat. I will have to make a full post and looks on this baby.
